- Trigger Agentforce from Slack events, and pass back Slack conversational context to Agentforce without needing to rely on user-initiated action.
- Quickly convert your Einstein Bots to Agentforce Service Agents.
- Scratch orgs now support Agentforce and Prompt Builder.
- Variables allow you to explicitly define what Agentforce can or can’t do, without undermining its ability to reason.
- Multimodal support in Prompt Builder for file attachments in prompt templates through related lists or dynamic file uploads.
